Our 5th grade students are embarking on their exciting PYP Exhibition journey, where this figure plays a crucial role to guide and support them.
The PYP Exhibition is a significant milestone for our 5th graders and a critical component is offering them the chance to collaborate with different people. In this context, mentors play a fundamental role as they will be able to guide and support students in their research work, helping them to stay focused and enriching their learning experience.
Mentoring involves volunteer work and being willing to dedicate part of their time to accompany groups of students during this process of inquiry. Your participation will be invaluable in helping our students during this important stage.
“The PYP Expo is a very significant milestone in the lives of our 5th grade students. It’s a moment where they can showcase the attributes of the Learner Profile and apply the essential elements of the PYP in a meaningful way. This event also provides a wonderful opportunity for them to share and celebrate their learning journey with our broader SC community,” explains Monica Naranjo, PYP Coordinator.
If you are interested in participating, please send an email to your child’s homeroom teacher.
