Mission, Vision and Values


Mission

Santiago College, at the forefront of education, provides academic excellence in a bilingual setting, solidly grounded in Judeo-Christian values, that draws on cultural diversity, to prepare people of integrity that contribute actively to the development of society in a globalized world that is subject to continuous change.

Vision

To be referent in the formation of integral persons with a spirit of service and intellectual curiosity, who persevere in the search of excellence and who are able to develop in different cultural environments, facing the challenges and uncertainties of the future with strength.

Values are the moral principles that give meaning to the decisions and behavior that the school expects from all its members.

Sincerity and consistency between acting and the ideals pursued make an honest person assertive and accustomed to telling the truth, respecting the property of others and acting with academic integrity, among others.

Respect

Is the habit of recognizing and valuing the dignity of people and their rights in the context of Human Rights (UN), accepting the legitimate physical, religious, cultural, racial, political and gender diversity.

Respect includes the recognition of authority, acceptance and compliance with the customs of the communities to which one belongs, and acting with good manners and courtesy.
