The main function of this committee is to promote good school relationships and prevent all forms of mistreatment in accordance with the law.
The School Well-being Committee is composed of two Principals, the Head of the Guidance Department and the CAS Coordinator.
The Head of Santiago College designates the Head of School Well-being, who must be a member of the committee, and may also participate in this committee. The current Head of School Well-being is Peter Barnett, Middle School Principal.
Likewise, the expanded committee, which will be convened in some instances during the year, will include student representatives (Middle and High School Student Council Presidents), a parent/guardian representative, a tutor representative, a teacher representative, and a staff representative.
