Support the academic and tutoring area in Lower School in an atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth, establishing an appropriate relationship with students, motivating the development of skills, abilities (cognitive and socio-emotional), and knowledge necessary to achieve comprehensive learning in accordance with the school´s Educational Project.

Likewise, you must establish good relationships with members of the school community; carry out your tasks in coordination and as a team with all those who participate or collaborate in achieving the educational objectives of Santiago College; and ensure and collaborate for the safety of students.

Requirements for the position
– Teaching degree in General Basic Education.
– At least 2 years of classroom experience.
– Advanced level of English (mandatory).
– Experience or knowledge of PYP (desirable).

Requirements
– Qualification to teach Natural Sciences in English.
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Natural Sciences, Citizen Sciences, and Systems in the classroom.
– Advanced level of English.
– Experience or knowledge of MYP/DP (desirable).
– Availability to start in February 2026.

– Advanced English (C2) or bilingual/native speaker (required).
– Knowledge and studies in literature (mandatory).
– Knowledge and experience in developing skills in students of English as a second language and/or multilingual students.
– Experience or knowledge of IB DP.
– Availability to start in February 2026.
