This process cultivates the discipline, curiosity, and skills that will serve each student throughout their lives. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">At Santiago College, excellence means shaping students of integrity, balance, and courage, prepared to shape their own futures. We also educate young people with an international mindset, aware of the realities of their country and the world, and capable of applying what they learn to make a positive impact on society. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Thanks to our high standards of learning, international accreditations and rigorous curriculum, we have achieved academic milestones such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Ranking among the top five SIMCE schools in the Association of British Schools in<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Chile (ABS).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Excellent results in the Higher Education Entrance Examination (PAES), with around 20 national top scores per term. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">A high percentage of graduates gaining entry to international universities in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, to name but a few countries.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In the context of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme, we strive each year to achieve excellence in bilingualism, placing us significantly above the global average in terms of candidate results <\/span>in terms of the number of students who pass. We have also introduced new courses of interest to our students, such as Film, expanding opportunities for them to develop their talents and interests throughout the two-year program.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scollege.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/tabla-ing.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-78384\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scollege.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/tabla-ing.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"775\" height=\"162\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Our students actively participate in a wide range of cognitive development activities, such as International Debate Competitions\u2014where we have won top prizes\u2014as well as spelling bees and chess tournaments, to name a few.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Our academic excellence is a broad concept that combines educational quality, holistic development, and pedagogical coherence.
