{"id":69419,"date":"2025-11-27T06:45:39","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T09:45:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scollege.cl\/?page_id=69419"},"modified":"2025-11-27T06:46:24","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T09:46:24","slug":"codigo-de-conducta","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.scollege.cl\/en\/codigo-de-conducta\/","title":{"rendered":"Code of Conduct"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Respectful<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Be respectful towards ourselves, others and the environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Treat all people kindly and be accepting of differences<\/li>\n<li>Be attentive and responsive to the directions of adults<\/li>\n<li>Listen when someone else is talking and try not to disrupt learning<\/li>\n<li>Take care with other people\u2019s belongings and ask before borrowing<\/li>\n<li>Speak truthfully and refrain from using inappropriate language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Responsible<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Be responsible for our learning and our actions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take responsibility for personal choices\/actions, and learn from mistakes<\/li>\n<li>Engage with learning and sustain a positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Look after personal belongings, and take care of school equipment and the school facility<\/li>\n<li>Follow school agreements about classroom behaviour, playground behaviour, digital citizenship and dress code.<\/li>\n<li>Try to develop the attributes of the Santiago College Profile and honour the SC Student Charter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Safe<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Be safe in the way we conduct ourselves<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refrain from behaviours that are intended to harm others physically, materially or mentally. Report harassment and abusive behaviours.<\/li>\n<li>Seek an adult if you need help, and ask for permission before leaving a supervised space.<\/li>\n<li>Walk calmly through the school building, use indoor voices and remain calm and quiet during emergency procedures like lockdowns and evacuations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that nothing harmful is brought to school.
