Read morePhysical education and sports are fundamental to the integral formation of students. At Santiago College, we promote different sports as an effective way to develop a healthy lifestyle.
The participation of our students in sports leads to personal growth. It is an opportunity to learn values like respect, solidarity, honesty, companionship, and to develop skills and knowledge that can be used productively in their leisure time. A sport that has been well coached is a life lesson that has a positive impact on young people ́s lives.
The philosophy of our sports department is to allow all students to participate in the different sports we offer. Apart from our traditional sports (rugby, athletics, hockey, football, volleyball), we continue to develop other sports such as basketball, tennis, handball and swimming so as to provide opportunities for the largest number of students to participate in our programs.
