About us:

The purpose of the SC Recycling Program is to create environmental awareness in our students in order to form responsible keepers who are committed to care for the environment.

We invite you to see the video where Mr. James Tucker, Principal of MS and General Coordinator of the Project called “Environmental Awareness” together with his daughter Lucy, tells us about the recycling process at school, some important figures and other information about protection of the environment.

Team

	CAS Students (Community, Action and Service) Role: Coordination of recycling process (US and HS) Main Duty: Ensure that Upper and High School students are transferring the waste corresponding to their group. Also, coordinate the communicational strategy with students and the Communications Department
	Mercedes Covarrubias Role: Coordination of MS recycling process Main duty: Ensure that Middle School students are transferring the waste corresponding to their group. Also, coordinate the communicational strategy with students and the Communications Department
	Kathy Jury Role: Coordination of IS and LS recycling process Main duty: Ensure that Infant and Lower School students take active part in the recycling process through various activities.
	Pablo Tello Role: Coordination of SC 2017 SPB Project (Sanctuary for Birds) Main duty: Build a sanctuary for birds in Santiago College
	Mary Carmen Atala Role: Coordination of Project "Organic Waste 2017" Main duty: Investigate the possibility of recycling organic waste at Santiago College
Operational Support Team
	Karen Lewin Role: Recycling Project Logistic Coordination. Main duty: Coordination of auxiliary staff in the recycling process and maintenance of dustbin circuit
	Samantha Villarroel Role: Communications Main duty: Coordinate and support the communicational strategy of the different projects and initiatives through different communications channels.
